Ninth grade students from Mrs. Kitch's computer lit class recently posted some informative posters on display throughout the middle and elementary school hallways. Students drew a letter, number, or # symbol from a hat and completed research in that area using various databases. While they created a poster for the halls, they learned valuable skills about presentations as they shared with their peers about the careers in class. Below are a couple examples of various careers that were explored. Mrs. Kitch and I both agreed that working collaboratively to brainstorm through the planning process was extremely helpful and yielded a lot of positive results! Working collaboratively with each other allowed us to reflect more thoughtfully, cultivate new ideas, and experiment with instructional options that we'd wanted to try before.

Thanks for doing these! We are talking about different way to earn income and we went and read these to look at different occupations!
